Colonial Revival Homes 1880 – 1955

Most Colonial Revival homes had an emphasized front door usually with an overhead fanlight or sidelight windows. The front facade of most Colonial Revival homes have a centered front door with symmetrical double hung sash windows. From 1910 to 1930 40% of all new houses built where in the Colonial Revival style.
